You are responsible for following all applicable laws, venue rules, health guidance, transport rules, and personal safety decisions. Do not drink and drive, do not pressure anyone to consume alcohol, and do not use Boozle while impaired in a way that may put yourself or others at risk.
Venue listings, prices, offers, budgets, recommendations, availability, ratings, photos, and event details may change or be inaccurate. Boozle may help suggest options or benefits, but does not guarantee entry, pricing, availability, safety, quality, or any specific deal.
You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, misrepresent your age or identity, upload unlawful content, promote underage drinking, arrange illegal activity, or violate another person privacy, consent, or safety. Boozle may reject, suspend, delete, or report accounts and content at its discretion.
You confirm that profile details and photos you submit are accurate, lawful, and belong to you or are used with permission. Boozle may use submitted information for account verification, safety review, moderation, support, fraud prevention, and community trust.
By ticking the single Terms checkbox and entering the email OTP, you acknowledge these Terms, the 21+ alcohol policy, data processing for verification, and storage of a consent receipt containing your email, mobile number if provided, age confirmation, terms version, timestamp, and profile review choices. Boozle may send OTP, review, account, safety, and service messages.
Boozle collects profile information, contact details, preferences, photos, consent records, and usage signals to run the service, verify users, moderate safety, improve recommendations, and support admin review. You may request correction or deletion subject to legal, safety, audit, and operational retention needs.
Boozle does not supervise meetups, provide emergency services, or guarantee the behavior of users or venues. Meet in public places, use your own judgment, arrange safe transport, and contact local emergency services if needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boozle is not liable for user conduct, venue actions, alcohol consumption, travel, injuries, losses, third-party services, or inaccurate listing information. You agree to indemnify Boozle for claims caused by your breach of these Terms, illegal conduct, or misuse of the platform.
Boozle may update these Terms, change features, deny access, require more verification, or remove accounts to protect the service, comply with law, or improve safety. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
